CHARACTER NAME: Tommy Monaghan
CHARACTER SERIES: Hitman (DC comics)
SUMMARY: An unusually ethical local Gotham-born hitman gets bitten by a demon parasite thing during some 90s comics event bullshit, activates his metagene and gives him ink black eyes that he hides behind sunglasses at all times (thanks, body image issues. BUT - also gave him x-ray vision and ability to read minds. Gives him a migraine, though.)

Is extremely good at his job. Once outgunned the 𝔏𝔬𝔯𝔑𝔰 𝔬𝔣 𝔱π”₯𝔒 π”Šπ”²π”« πŸ˜ŽπŸ‘. Specializes in dealing with The Weird Bullshit that Nobody Else Wants to Deal With. Vampires, members of the mob and fellow criminals who knew what they were getting into, supervillains, escaped science experiments, metahumans, demons, aliens, zombies, etc. Will not take contracts on innocents. Will only kill β€œbad guys” and scumbags, is aware he is technically a scumbag himself. Will fight superheroes if they're in the way though, cause that’s, like, self-defense. Really trying his best, though.

FUN FACTS: Has previously thrown up on Batman’s boots. Has kneecapped the Joker (hate that guy). Genuinely admires Superman. Genuinely believes in the American Dream. Does not use his x-ray vision to cheat at poker. Loves his friends.

π–₯” To him: I don't mind, get as cracky as you want. He's from a fairly obscure strip from the 90s so it might not be likely that anybody would have read anything about him, but he does exist in the DC universe. So if he's like yeah, I broke into Arkham and shot the Joker in the knee and threw up on Batman once, feel free to react however.
π–₯” From him: He does make references to 90s pop culture things and e.g. star wars, etc, of which he is a big fan. I'm fine with avoiding that, if you'd prefer that he not!
Offensive subjects (elaborate): No triggers for me at all, I'm fine with engaging with anything, dark material, or any type of character.

Hugging/Kissing/Flirting with this character: Yes! Debatably effective, but go for it.

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yeah, sure! Feel free to contact me so we can hash out the details of what your character finds, if anything. Tommy has telepathic abilities of his own, but I won't use those without prior agreement.

Powers: 1) Telepathy, 2) X-ray vision.
Using telepathy gives him a very bad headache and he tries to avoid it as much as possible.

Warnings: Hitman is generally a light-hearted canon, but there are a lot of sensitive topics from the material.
